The camera should be set up facing directly at the center of your body at address.
[DTL]
It is best to position yourself in the center of the frame with your feet aligned in line.
[OVERALL]
Make sure that your body, club head and ball are visible in the frame for your entire swing.
Shooting Distance
[Face-on]
At least 3.5 steps away,
ideally 6 steps (8~13 feet)
Record from about 2.5 to 4m away.
[DTL]
At least 2.5 steps away,
ideally 4 steps (6~10 feet)
Position your camera about 1.8 to 3m away from you.
Shooting height
Position your camera at the height of your chest when addressed.
It should be
lower than chest
higher than the waist
(approximately 130cm/4.27ft above the ground)
Camera tilt and shake
Keeping your camera stable help prevent distortion and improve analysis precision.
