Refunds
Please note that purchases of all Products related to the Service (including each of the following Products) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or as required under relevant law.
1.
Products possessed by users who have been suspended from using the Service due to violation of these Terms or illegal acts
2.
Products that have been used in whole or in part.
3.
Products that have passed 5 years from the date of purchase
4.
Products remaining after 1 year from the most recent use of the Service
5.
Products of users who withdrew from the service or deleted the Service App
You can stop using the Service at any time in the future. If you cancel the Service after the service period has commenced, you may incur Payment platform fees, the costs corresponding to the period up to the time of termination, and a cancellation fee (10% of the fee for the remaining period), and if you use any Service or related Products at the time of cancellation, the cost for the use may be deducted from the refund amount.
In addition, all refunds for Products permitted under the laws of the country in which you reside may be processed and restricted according to the refund rules of the Payment platform (e.g., App Providers) that you used to purchase Products. Therefore, we recommended that you directly check the refund policy and policy of the provider.

Cancellation and Refunds
Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription (“Subscription Cancellation”) through the original payment platform used for the purchase.
•
After cancellation, you may continue using the subscription service until the current subscripotion period expires.

Subscription cancellation refers to the termination of your recurring payment arrangement. The expiration date of the current subscription period isthe final day of the subscription period covered by your last recurring payment before cancellation.
◦
If you resubscribe during the remaining subscription period after cancellation, your previous subscription status will be retained.
◦
If you request a refund for the remaining subscription period without using the subscription service after cancellation, the refund will be processed according to the [Refunds] section below. In this case, access to the subscription services will be discontinued for the remaining subscription period.
2. Refunds
[Apple App Store In-App Purchase Refunds]

For Apple transactions, all payments, cancellations, and refunds are managed exclusively by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store.
[Google Play Store In-App Purchase Refunds]
•
You may request a refund through the Google Play Store in accordance with Google's refund policy.
•
Exceptions to Google Play Store refunds

Purchases made through mobile carrier billing are non-refundable once the charge has been applied to your mobile carrier bill.
◦
Partial refunds are not permitted for purchases made via direct carrier billing under Google Play Store policies.
◦
A refund can be issued only once per the same app.
◦
Purchases made with Play Store gift cards are non-refundable.
◦
Refund policies may vary by country; please check Google's policies and your local regulations for further details.
If a refund cannot be processed through Google Customer Support, please review the required information and refund policy below before contacting GolfFix Customer Support.

How to find your Order Number
Refund Policy
•
Free services provided by the Company are not eligible for refunds.
•
Users can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date, in accordance with applicable laws.
•
For other refund cases, the refund amount will be calculated based on the regular price of the purchased item,even if it was bought at a discounted price. The final refund amount will be determined by deducting (i) service usage fees and (ii) cancellation penalties from the total payment amount. Further details are provided below.

Refund Amount = User’s actual payment – (i) Service usage fees – (ii) Cancellation penalty
(i) Service usage fees = Regular price of the product (calculated based on the standard price, even if purchased at a discounted rate) × (User’s service usage period / Total service period)

The service usage period refers to the time span from the purchase date to the date the refund request is submitted.
(ii) Cancellation penalty = [Regular price of the product (calculated based on the standard price, even if purchased at a discounted rate) × (Remaining service period / Total service period)] × 10%

Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after the request is received.
•
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with Google's policies.

Refund availability may vary depending on Google’s policies and country-specific regulations.

Refund procedures may vary based on the policies of the payment platform. Please refer to the following details:

If a refund cannot be processed through the payment platforms, the Company may issue the refund directly through its internal procedures.

利用者は、本改定内容の告知日から改定規約の施行日前までに契約を解除することができます。施行日までに異議を申し立てない場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
